The symposium will present the latest research on diagnosis and treatment of concussions, as well as discussions on prevention and care of concussions for different age groups. A concussion can cause a wide range of functional short- or long-term changes affecting thinking, sensation, language, or emotions. Identifying symptoms and an understanding of its treatment will also be discussed.
