Orphan Girl Children’s Theatre is seeking out talented and enthusiastic community members and young artists in Butte and it's surrounding areas to help us kick off our 2018 – 2019 Season! Here I Am: An Orphan Girl Cabaret, directed by Jackie Freeman, is a special event that will feature variety acts, vocalists, comedians, musicians and more! Acts can be solo, duos or even in groups.

Auditions will be July 16th and 17th from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Orphan Girl Theatre. There will not be callbacks for this show. Auditions are for artists ages 7 and up!

The show will be September 15th.

Auditionees should come to the audition with an act ready to present that needs LITTLE to NO work, preferably with a back track or sheet music if necessary. Also, auditionees will be asked what past show numbers they may want to reprise.

Rehearsals will be based on the schedules of those cast.

If you are out of town and wish to video submit your act via video, please record your act in good light, speaking clearly. Announce who you are and what act you are auditioning with. If there are other numbers from past seasons you would like to reprise, please state those as well. Please upload your video to Youtube, via a private video and share the link to jackiefreeman@orphangirl.org. Video submissions are due by 5pm on July 17th.

**Casting Fees for this event will be $25 per performer. This will include individual coaching and/or vocal lessons for the piece they are performing. Casting fees are due at the beginning of the first rehearsal for each individual person. Financial aid is available if a form is filled out.**
