The Big Hole Watershed Committee and the Southwest Montana Bear Education Working Group will be co-hosting a Bear Safety Awareness training at the Divide Grange prior to BHWC's October monthly meeting. The event will start at 5PM and will include opportunities to learn about bears, practice with inert bear spray, free bear-resistance garbage cans from BHWC, and a chance to win a new can of bear spray.
