Come join us in celebrating the holiday season with a community POUND class and / or community yoga practice. All are welcome to this free event. Come to one class or come to both! New to Yoga or POUND? Can't touch your toes? No problem! All you need is an open mind and a willingness to try something new. POUND will be held from 9:30 am - 10:15 am and Yoga will be from 10:30 am - 11:45 am at Montana Dance Works. Donations will be accepted in honor of A Mining City Christmas and Action Inc.
