Join us for a Q and A with FOUR Theatre Professionals of various jobs within the theatre/acting world. Learn about the careers, how to educate yourself for each of these fields and ask questions to amazing professionals from around the United States!

Stephan Spositio
Director, NYC
Stephen Sposito is a New York City based director. He has served as the Associate Director for The Book of Mormon, where he oversaw the Broadway, Touring, and Australia companies. He previously served at the Resident Director for the Broadway and touring productions of Wicked. Directing credits include the National Tour of Shrek the Musical, Crossroads for Regents Seven Seas, Something Rotten (Cape Rep Theatre), Pippin (Point Park University), The American Theatre Wing Gala, and The Obie Awards. Associate Director credits include the Broadway companies of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof starring Scarlett Johansson, How to Succeed in Business…. starring Daniel Radcliffe, Promises, Promises starring Sean Hayes and Kristin Chenoweth, Scandalous and Shrek the Musical. He is a graduate of The University of Michigan.

Blane Pressler
Actor/Director, NYC
Blane Pressler is a New York City based actor and director. Currently he is the General Manager for Open Bar Theatricals, a nonprofit theatre company in NYC focusing on producing first readings of new works. As an actor Blane has appeared as a company member with Ozark Actors Theatre in Rolla, Missouri over the past decade. He traveled the country doing ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ with The National Players and has worked regionally and in NYC over the past 16 years. Beyond acting and directing Mr. Pressler has produced, coordinated and costume designed many productions including new works at The Tank in NYC.
