Explore Bozeman's NE Neighborhood with walking tour led by artist and Lehrkind family member Laurel Sparks.
Saturday, August 6, 2:30-4:00pm. Tour begins from Tinworks Art, 719 N. Ida.
Dig into Bozeman’s industrial past with painter and performance artist Laurel Sparks as she explores her family’s history in the Northeast Neighborhood. A member of the Lehrkind family, Laurel will walk viewers through Bozeman’s working class history as she prepares for her 2023 installation at Tinworks Art. The tour will end inside the historic Lehrkind Mansion and the former site of the Lehrkind Brewery.
This tour is presented in partnership with The Extreme History Project and Julius Lehrkind Brewing. This will be a ticketed event; all proceeds will benefit The Extreme History Project.
