**The date of this event is the first day of a 4 day intensive**

Dates: Classes December 11-14 4 - 6pm
Staged Readings: January 12th, 2018 at 7pm

This four day intensive will allow participants to learn brainstorming techniques, formatting, and style for writing a play. Participants will write a 10 minute play which will then be performed in a staged reading with a Q & A session for a showcase on January 12. The month between the class and the showcase will allow playwrights time to make adjustments and updates on their own time. There will be a follow up class between the four day intensive and the staged readings for the class to revisit the materials as a group and the date is TBA depending upon the schedules of the participants. This class is a must for any young artists who wish to participate in our 10/24 play festival as a writer!
