Join theatre professional Andria Dontigney as we go into the wings and get an inside look into the theatre industry from a backstage professional.
This hour long Q and A via Zoom will be a chance to connect with an industry professional, who will be on tour at the time of the discussion. Bring questions and thoughts as Andria gives an insider view of what it like to be a backstage professional! Learn about a new path to creating your life in the theatre!

About the workshop artist: Andria Dontigney is a 7 year music/theatre industry veteran and a touring technician. She has toured on seven national productions in a variety of positions including: Head carpenter/ Production Stage Manager, Assistant Carpenter, Props Master, Assistant props designer, and A2/monitor Engineer. Career highlights include the stage build for the Patriots NFL team during Super Bowl LII, touring as the Technical Director on The Buddy Holly Story National tour, making elves fly on stage, and re imagining props for Chicago the musical national tour '20. Currently, Andria works with Stageline staging Inc, building stages across the nation.
What is the Online Theatre Outpost? Orphan Girl Children’s Theatre has a new theatre education program, Online Theatre Outpost! It is an extension of the Social Distance Series, which was our digital series created in the wake of the pandemic to safely produce theatre from our homes. As OGCT moves back to in-person programming, we still want to offer some digital programming to engage those in Butte and beyond. This programming will come in the form of classes, workshops and readings that will allow artists from all over the country to engage with our young artists and community members in Butte.
